1. Use of the Platform The Platform is intended for the purpose of facilitating the exchange of values between users. You may use the Platform to list or find unlimited classified Ads and communicate with Ads owner.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Account Registration In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to update this information as needed to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you agree to keep your account login information confidential.
4. Listing Classified Ads If you choose to list any classified Ads on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized agent of the listing and have the legal authority to list them. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the Ads listing, including descriptions and photographs. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and any interactions with the potential customer.
5. Payments The Platform may facilitate payment and other fees between the users. You agree to use the payment feature of the Platform at your own risk, and the Company shall not
be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the payment feature.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Platform or its contents, including without limitation the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform or its contents.
7. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Governing Law These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, CAP A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and encourage you to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
